I ordered 2 Samsung mobiles for Christmas presents on the 18th November online as click and collect. Thinking I can ordered jn plenty of time and from an Irish firm supporting local. I got an email on the 30th to say my order was processing and still nothing since. I've sent two emails asking where my order is and tried ringing but I can't spent all day on hold. Its shocking customer service.
Ordered a Fitbit versa BLACK/CARBON on 30/11/20 as a Christmas preset for my teenage daughter,I got email on 14th Dec.saying there was a delay and I probably would not have it for Christmas , as her birthday is on 3rd January I said ok she could have it as birthday present instead .
This week 29th I was delighted to get text saying my BLACK/CARBON Fitbit was available for collection in Lucan store,when I went to collect it the colour was GREY NOT BLACK so I refused to take it,have emailed twice since and nobody has contacted me 3days later,so annoyed with DID.
They are still selling the BLACK Fitbit on line presently but could not fulfill my order.

Charlie, delivered our new fridge freezer this morning. Very present to deal with and had the fridge freezer in the house in no time.
Great and very prompt service . Had it delivered the very next day .
I was very happy with my Keter outdoor storage unit. It was very easy to assemble and is quiet sturdy.
Had terrible trouble bought a washing machine and warranty machine broke and I was left 6 weeks without a machine not blaming guys in the store but to be left with out a machine for 6 weeks is not very nice
Good service overall. Small problem with fitting experience which was quickly sorted with a 2nd call out.
I looked up the product I wanted to purchase online before visiting the store to ensure it was in stock. However, when I got to the store I was told it wasn’t in stock but they hoped to have it back in the next day. Again I checked online the next day that it was in stock. I dealt with a different sales person and even though the item wasn’t in stock he gave me the option of picking it up at the warehouse, which I was happy to do. Unfortunately I wasn’t offered that option on my first visit. The staff at the warehouse were very helpful and prompt in bringing my order out to the car. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and the service but it would have been better if I didn’t have to make a second visit to the store.

Online orders are a joke.
Order placed for a nespresso machine on 05/12/20.
After 4 automatic emails saying it's being processed and still no sign.
I've emailed help@did (not helpful at all) to cancel the order and return funds and still no response.
In the mean time I got a newer machine from Nespresso for a better deal within 2 days of purchase. Never again will I use DID Electrical.
